I just shot a 22 acre spread of land this week and had to share some of the photos I captured. This place had some awesome views of Medina Lake and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
I also made a video to help market the property when they list it on the local MLS.
I'm always filming out in the Hill Country and I love showcasing the stuff I capture. This shoot was drone heavy because it was raw land and was surrounded by some natural beauty. I really put my DJI Mavic Air 2 to the test.
The homesite would have some awesome views of the lake. I thought it'd be awesome to buy this just to have a badass place to campout and eventually throw a tiny home up.
This is where I parked my SUV to hide it from the drone shots towards the lake - the cedar hid it well.
Overall I sent off nearly 30 to the agent to market the property but I wanted to showcase the very best here on Hive. Hope you liked the photos!

Looks like a great property. I think I'd enjoy camping there. The next owner should do as you say, throw up a tiny home, or ten. Rent them out.
Exactly. It would probably be super profitable for 10 years, then at that point you could probably sell the land since it's prime spot for businesses or a gas station near the lake on the major road (although it'd be awesome to keep all of that land as natural as possible). That area will explode in 5-10 years, maybe sooner.
