Today I want to share with you this easy, quick and sugar-free recipe. Perfect to share at a gathering with friends or family without the need to spend a lot of ingredients.

Hoy quiero compartirles esta receta fácil, rápida y sin azúcar. Perfecta para compartir en una reunión de amigos o familiares sin la necesidad de gastar mucha cantidad de ingredientes.
half cup butter. | 2 eggs. |

half cup cream cheese. | 1 cup unfermented flour. |
1 tbsp honey. | 1 mango. |
1 tsp vanilla. | 2 small passion fruits. |
1 tbsp lemon. | 1 cup cookies. |

1 cda miel. | 1 mango. |
1 cdta vainilla. | 2 maracuyás pequeñas. |
1 cda de limón. | 1 taza galletas. |
- First step: We are going to crush our cookies until they are in powder form, then we will add the melted butter and mix. With a spoon we will add the mixture into the molds making a cookie base.

- Primer paso. Vamos a triturar nuestras galletas hasta que queden en formato de polvo, luego agregaremos la mantequilla derretida y mezclaremos. Con una cuchara agregaremos la mezcla en los moldes haciendo una base de galleta.
- Second step. Now for the filling we are going to prepare the mixture by placing the cream cheese in a bowl together with an egg and stir with a whisk until there are no lumps. Then add the remaining egg and do the same procedure. Add the lemon and vanilla spoon and mix again. Finally, add the flour in two parts, after the mixture is ready, add it in the molds and place it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.

- Segundo paso. Ahora para el relleno vamos a preparar la mezcla colocando en un recipiente el queso crema junto con un huevo y revolveremos con una varilla hasta que no quede un grumo. Luego agregaremos el huevo restante y haremos el mismo procedimiento. Agregamos la cuchara de limón y vainilla, y mezclamos nuevamente. Por último, agregamos la harina en dos partes, luego que la mezcla estas listas, agregamos en los moldes y lo colocamos en el horno precalentado a 160 grados por 15 minutos.
- Third step: Let's prepare the fruit topping, we will cut the fruit and take out its juice to heat it in a saucepan. To sweeten the passion fruit we will add honey. For the mango topping, after thickening it in the pot, we will pass it in the blender and the topping will be ready. After the topping is ready, we will add it in the mini cheese cakes and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the topping to harden.

- Tercer paso. Vamos a preparar la cobertura de fruta, cortaremos la fruta y sacaremos su jugo para colocarla a calentar en una olla. Para endulzar el maracuyá agregaremos la miel. Para la cubertura de mango, luego de espesarlo en la olla, lo pasaremos en la licuadora y la cubertura estará lista. Luego de que la cubertura esté lista, lo agregaremos en los mini cheese cake y lo dejaremos en el frigorífico por 1 hora para permitir que la cubertura endurezca.
