- 1 calamar, 5 papas, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 tomate, 1 limón, 1 cucharadita de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceite, 1 vaso de agua.
- 1 squid, 5 potatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 1 tomato, 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 glass of water.

- Pelar las papas y cortar en rebanadas y colocarlas en un sartén.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices and place them in a pan.
- Cortar los aliños en trozos pequeños y añadirlos a las papas rebanadas con la sal.
- Cut the dressings into small pieces and add them to the sliced potatoes with the salt.
- Agregar el aceite.
- Add the oil.
- Limpiar el calamar con limón y cortarlo en anillos.
- Clean the squid with lemon and cut it into rings.
- Agregar el calamar al los aliños con las papas y sofreír por 15 minutos.
- Add the squid to the dressing with the potatoes and fry for 15 minutes.
- Agregar el agua y dejar a fuego lento hasta que se ablanden las papas.
- Add the water and simmer until the potatoes soften.
- ¡Y a disfrutar de esta deliciosa comida!.
