Does Hive Vote or Steem Auto let you vote at 00.01% for the Fanbase and Curation Trail?

That is what I want to know. I'm trying to see if it will work at that setting or if it has to be at least 1% or 50% or whatever the number might be. Does it have to be scaling or fixed?
