I made a automatic lease renewal for my HP leases on HE and it executed a renewal some days ago flawless! So its fking works.
@worldhelper automatically swaps Hive for Swap.hive once my HE balance is below 15 Swap.hive and up to a max of 25 swap.hive and it tracks all of my 10-12 leases I have on HE currently and renew it for 1 week at a time!
It also buys a hsbi share if I ever get above 50 hive so its not just idling.
Damn, thats something I am quite proud off!

Also, why do I need to make this myself? Why is this not a feature on HE's rental market if you have the swap.hive? :D
I was thinking about making a system to where you sent Hive to an account and it converts it to swap.hive and buys tokens for you like a built-in have dca system! Which can be utilized with peakds continuous transfer feature.
I also want to remake Ecency's points system so people can lease hp. But without the curation aspect of it, I have a hard time figuring out why people would use it over Ecency? Any ideas?

Hive-Engine. But your APR is bad, it needs to be above 8% before anybody wants to look at it.

You might just have to give way more than 8% APR and they should fill faster. But people might not have the HP to delegate that much. I get less delegated, but I renew it all the time, so it stays with me.
