Small post about my Pickled Red Onions I made a few days ago :D
I blanched(fancy word) an Onion and drop it into my bowl with Vineager, Sugar, Salt & Water.
1 cup Vinegar.
2 cups water.
2 small spoons of sugar.
1-1.5 of salt.
Pepper corn.
I did add the extra cup of water later. It was a little too spicy xD
