I really like the concept you are talking about which is about creativity and economy which is very very important and needed on all sector in life.
When you talk about creative economy which relates to development of the country in terms of creating jobs, building of infrastructures, I will say is the kind of creativity which countries need to adapt.
If only government of the country will adapt this in the economic sector, educational sector, and other sectors that you bring about development and which will help the country to create jobs and social amenities that will be provided for citizens of the country and also less the suffering or hunger which individuals face.
Government should try and implement this as the countries economy is going down day by day.
