Explaining How to Buy SCRIPT and Assets in Moon Karts

in Cent2 days ago

In this post, I'll talk about how to buy assets in the Moon Karts game, but first, I'll talk about Arcade Colony, the gaming platform that introduced me to Moon Karts.

Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.

For more information about the platform, read the Whitepapper.

I wrote a post explaining a little about Arcade Colony and how to create an account.

If you're not yet familiar with Moon Karts, I'll recommend two of my posts where I cover everything you need to do to get started in the game and how to get started for less than $5.

Now let's talk about how to buy assets in Moon Karts. It's very simple and quick, so follow me.

To get started, you'll need to go to the Arcade Colony website. After logging in, you'll find the Market option. Select the Moon Karts option in the Market, and you'll be directed to a page where you can buy game assets from other players.

This is the page where you'll buy assets in Moon Karts. Here you'll find everything you need to get started and progress in the game.

In my post Explaining How to Get Started in Moon Karts on how to get started in Moon Karts, I show you how to get started for less than $5. However, if you want to invest more to get better performance, you can buy parts, cars, and characters of higher rarity in the Market.

Buying the asset on the Market is very simple; you just need to choose which one you want to buy and click on it. After clicking on the asset, you will be directed to a page showing the quantity and value of that asset.

In the image above, I chose the LunoCityX, and its lowest price is currently $0.98.

You can buy the asset using the SCRIPT token or Credits. I prefer to use the SCRIPT token, and to buy this token, you have the option to buy it on Hive Engine, Tribaldex, and Beeswap.

On Hive Engine, the lowest price for the SCRIPT token is 1.49 Swap.Hive, and there are only a few available for sale. So I recommend buying on Tribaldex or Beeswap because they have liquidity pools where you can buy the SCRIPT token in large quantities and because the price is lower than on Hive Engine.

On Tribaldex, the SCRIPT token price is 1.46 Swap.Hive, and on Beeswap, the price is the same.

Once you have the SCRIPT token in your Hive Engine wallet, you need to transfer it to Arcade Colony.

Click on the SCRIPT token on the Arcade Colony website after logging in.

Choose the Transfer option and then Hive Engine. Then, just transfer the desired amount and purchase the Moon Karts assets to equip and start playing.

Thanks for reading and see you in my next post.
