In this post I will show you the Campaign Mode in Splinterlands. In this mode you will find essential tips on how battles work in the game and you will also receive Foundation Cards that will be useful for playing in the Frontier format.
Before continuing to talk about Splinterlands, I will talk a little about Arcade Colony.
Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Games Store, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 features.
For more information about the platform, read the Whitepapper.
There are 4 games in Arcade Colony and they are:

Remember that this is not an investment tip, so always do your research before investing money in these games.
Let's get back to the focus of the post, which is Campaign Mode in Splinterlands.
What is Campaign Mode?
Campaign Mode is like a tutorial in Splinterlands and it will mainly benefit new players because they will be able to learn the basics about battles, but if you are a veteran in Splinterlands, I also recommend Campaign Mode because it's fun and you'll receive Foundation Cards for completing it.
Remember that the Foundation Cards you receive in Campaign Mode are not tradable, but you can use them in the Frontier format and receive tradable cards.

To find Campaign Mode you need to go to PLAY and then to Campaign.

There are 2 Books, but only 1 is available, and that's Waur Medge Academy. The second Book will be available in the future.

I've already completed Book 1, so I've received all my rewards, in total I received 42 Foundation Cards.

These are the cards you receive after completing Campaign Mode, and they are enough for you to play in the Frontier format and start earning rewards, which are tradable cards. You can use these cards to evolve your Foundation Cards or sell them to buy cards from other editions, or simply withdraw the earnings and add them to your pockets.
The Foundation Cards are at a low price, but the Frontier format is a great way for newcomers to get some rewards without having to rent cards or stake SPS.

I'm still in the Bronze league and haven't played Frontier mode much, but I enjoy playing it and soon I'll reach higher leagues to increase my rewards and evolve my Foundation Cards more easily.
