Well, every morning before I start my day, there is one simple yet powerful ritual that I have developed: to drink a glass of hot water on an empty stomach. Now, it may sound too simple to be accurate, but I've come to learn that sometimes small actions bring immense changes in my health and well-being.
Well, when I first heard about the benefits of drinking hot water, I was a bit skeptical. However, after giving it a go, I would quickly notice some effects.
