For HP delegation, you can use @ecency or https://hive-engine.com/lease. For BEE, https://hive-engine.com/lease is the best method. However, we cannot recommend any method for other tokens because the profitability is extremely low. However, for tokens like Sports, Pob, Vyb, etc., you can delegate to a different account and vote on @centtoken's burning posts.
