With these shots today I take you to Forza d'Agrò. Here there is a suggestive and breathtaking view of Taormina, Etna, Calabria and the Strait of Messina, a 360 degree panorama that is certainly one of the strengths of this place. This village has been called the 'Pearl of Italy' and several arthouse films have been shot here. Tourists come here to see the Norman Castle, the numerous medieval churches, the panorama, and the excellent typical fish cuisine in the many local restaurants and trattorias. Several criticisms in recent years especially towards some trattorias that offer abundant menus at fixed prices, sacrificing the quality of the dishes. The atmosphere here, if you avoid the days full of tourists, is heavenly.
Con questi scatti oggi vi porto a Forza d'Agrò. Qui c'è una suggestiva e mozzafiato vista su Taormina, l'Etna, la Calabria e lo Stretto di Messina, un panorama a 360 gradi che è certamente uno dei punti di forza di questo posto. Questo paesino è stato definito 'Perla d'Italia' e qui sono stati girati diversi film d'autore. I turisti qui vengono per vedere il Castello Normanno, le numerose chiese Medievali, il panorama, e l'ottima cucina tipica di pesce nei numerosi ristoranti e trattorie del luogo. Diverse critiche negli ultimi anni soprattutto verso alcune trattorie che offrono menù abbondanti a prezzi fissi sacrificando la qualità dei piatti. L'atmosfera che si vive qui, se si evitano i giorni pieni di turisti, è paradisiaca.
