Took my time today by Strolling around the streets here and making sure I capture at least one photo of each street that I passed through during the quick walk , after the walk , I felt like I did a great form of exercise and I now feel relieved in my body.. Staying fit is a wonderful thing and walking is an effective form of excercise that can make someone to be physically fit.
