The company’s stock ticker is BTI in America. You must be in Canada I assume? Indeed BTI is the company’s ticker in USA. I assume that’s the misunderstanding. BAT doesn’t exist on the market here. Often the tickers are different in different nations. I assume this is correct? You are outside USA? That would explain it.
