The thing is if someone introduced you to hive or someone help you to explore this blockchain then I am sure he is going to help you. At the beginning I guess. A few platforms like Leo and splinterlands give you some HP to start over if you are new here then they will delegate you approximate 10 HP I think that is enough to chat with others and make at least one post a day I guess.
In a way you are right I guess because if someone in his new and he don't know anyone here then it might be a tough situation for him because he will can't perform any task on blockchain if they don't have hp or RC. So I think all the platforms who are inviting new users or generating new accounts they should automatically delegate rc or HP to the new users for at least for a month because that is enough time to generate their own power and resource credit to at least post and comment.
