the project was launched under steem, actually the destination was for participants to vote for the post, depending on the vote power you received a credit in the form of VOIN, the income was invested in various tokens and every registered participant could use the !invest_vote tool . That means the value of VOIN-token is covered by the credit of @investinthefutur. But due to the lack of time from @cervisia, the whole thing fell asleep, but the bot for voting is still used. Now that winter is coming I should have more time again.
The bot for voting can only be used by certain users, since there is no minimum stock of tokens.
