Health, weight, and fitness is always a work in progress for me. I am not overweight but my muscle mass is low so I do have a good amount of fat, which isn't good.

The past couple of years I have been actively putting effort in improving my fitness, starting from clocking more steps on average per day, to more frequent visits to gym and I recently signed up for personal training sessions to learn how to better use the weights and machines.
