Lost illusions

Hola amigos, hoy les presento un dibujo que hice hace un par de días atrás particularmente me gusto muchísimo, aunque quisiera hacer un poco mas real los ojos blancos, que parezcan mas reales pero sin vida, hice lo mejor que pude pero estoy segura que pronto llegare al punto que quiero, este dibujo fue un trabajo de un dia entero.

Hello friends, today I present to you a drawing that I made a couple of days ago, I particularly liked it a lot, although I would like to make the white eyes a little more real, that they seem more real but lifeless, I did the best I could but I am sure that soon I will get to the point I want, this drawing was a whole day's work.

Proceso/Process

Comencé con el boceto del rostro y los elementos que pondría adicionales, luego empecé a aplicar los colores que utilizaría para toda su cara y el fondo, en este ocasión quería usar una paleta de colores cálidos y café, siguiendo la misma técnica de siempre comencé a mezclar cada tono y a crear tonos nuevos a partir de ellos, formando asi una piel bastante suave a la vista, lo hice primero desde los ojos hasta el resto de la cara y seguí con su cuello y parte de torso.

I started with the sketch of the face and the additional elements that I would add, then I began to apply the colors that I would use for her entire face and the background, this time I wanted to use a palette of warm and brown colors, following the same technique as always. mix each tone and create new tones from them, thus forming a fairly smooth skin in sight, I did it first from the eyes to the rest of the face and continued with her neck and part of the torso.

Sin mucho detalle pinte su cabello, quería una cabello bastante oscuro asi que agregue pocos reflejos de luz en el, continuamos con la boca pintándola y colocando al final una franja negra que a su vez seria una especie de “cuerda” donde estaría colgada la jaula, para la jaula use un archivo png y usando la mascara de recorte y efecto de licuar logre hacer un efecto de “desvanecer” agregamos unos pájaros que se mezclan entre esos retazos de jaula que vuelan hacia la izquierda.

Without much detail I painted her hair, I wanted a fairly dark hair so I added a few light reflections on it, we continued with the mouth painting it and placing a black strip at the end which in turn would be a kind of "rope" where the cage would be hung , for the cage I used a png file and using the clipping mask and liquify effect I managed to make a “fade” effect we added some birds that blend between those pieces of cage that fly to the left.

Agregue plumas que salen de su pecho y pinte debajo un poco de sangre, finalmente di los últimos toques, aplicando ajustes de color y retocando detalles pequeños en algunas partes del rostro y el cabello.

Add feathers coming out of his chest and paint some blood underneath, finally I put the finishing touches, applying color adjustments and touching up small details on some parts of the face and hair.
