Hoy simplemente quería dibujar unos ojos y ver que podía transmitir con solo una mirada, realmente estoy algo confundida sobre que tipo de mirada expresa ya que siento que un ojo me quedo diferente que el otro jaja, en uno percibo una mirada de odio y en el otro una mirada un poco mas calmada pero que oculta algo, no sé, ¿Qué piensan ustedes? Tambien quise que este dibujo fuese en blanco y negro ya que creo que las veces que he dibujado solamente ojos han sido a color y me gusto la idea de hacerlo diferente esta vez. Espero que les guste.

Today I simply wanted to draw some eyes and see what I could convey with just a glance. I'm actually a bit confused about what kind of gaze it expresses since I feel like one eye looks different than the other haha. In one I perceive a look of hatred and in the other a look a little calmer but hiding something. I don't know, what do you think? I also wanted this drawing to be in black and white since I think the only times I've drawn eyes have been in color and I liked the idea of doing it differently this time. I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto y comencé a pintar usando diferentes tonalidades de grises, agregando sombras y luces, la mayor parte de las sombras mas oscuras estan alrededor de los ojos, en una nueva capa agregue mas tonalidades para terminar de formar por completo esta parte del rostro y luego lo empecé a mezclar dejando una textura un poco mas suave.

I made the sketch and began to paint using different shades of gray, adding shadows and lights, most of the darkest shadows are around the eyes, in a new layer I added more shades to completely finish forming this part of the face and then I began to mix it leaving a slightly softer texture.

Detalle un poco mas los ojos pintando las pestañas y las cejas. Al principio dejaría el dibujo asi, pero se veía un poco extraña, aunque no se ve completo siento que se veía calva por alguna razón y entonces decidí dibujar algunos pequeños mechones de cabello. Finalmente dibuje algunos puntos de luz en los ojos para resaltar aun mas la mirada.

I added a little more detail to the eyes by painting the eyelashes and eyebrows. At first, I was going to leave the drawing like that, but it looked a little odd. Although it's not complete, I felt like she looked bald for some reason, so I decided to draw some small strands of hair. Finally, I drew some highlights around the eyes to further highlight the look.
