In the following post you'll see what my recent midnight drawing habit has produced in the last few nights.
It all started with a pretty normal, generic face. I thought that drawing a collection of imaginary people firmly rooted in reality, could be a nice change after my usual population of creatures. I started the doodling that way, but it didn't last long, various deformations soon started to enter the frame, and I ended up with a pile of slightly bizarre portraits. So I'll start the post with one of those. 
Some kind of Internet troll, with a nicely developed nose, ready to be put in the wrong place at any time.
When the drawing, made with the ordinary blue pen, one of those used for filling out the forms or put a signature on some document, was freshly finished - it looked like this. I took this photograph early in the morning, in front of my house. The sky was slightly blue.
This is the first face I drew. As you can see, it really started in a pretty regular human fashion, with some nice healthy proportions and some hairs that form a decent hairstyle.
Then I did some variations in photoshop and added a bit of movement and vivacity to the whole thing.
This is the simple, raw drawing, just the blue pen on piece of paper.

This is how the just finished artwork looked.
After that face the things got really weird. The shapes started to mutate and grow out of control forming some lovely anatomical monstrosities.
That's how this multiface portrait was created.
I put the newly created abomination through some animation process soon, to wake it up, it served the same purpose as the electricity in the strange case of Dr. Frankenstein.
Here you can see how the drawing looked before all that editing, animating and stuff. Just some blue lines on the white surface.
