Hello my beautiful people, how are you all doing today, I will love to share with you my beautiful experience with this wonderful piece.
Lately I've been trying to figure out a style of painting that people will recognize me for, I choose landscape painting and nature as my number one but I needed to add something to it, so I decided to go for animals, which made me paint the cat, to see if I can handle it.
At first I was scared, I didn't know how and where to start from, because this is my first time of painting an animal, but eventually I started, and to my greatest surprise it came out more beautiful than I expected.
Although I had some challenges, and they are;
After I finished painting the cat, I felt the urge to add something to it, I wasn't feeling it because it looks plain, it took me hours before I could come up with something, which is the idea of the nose ring and ear ring🥰, after that I glazed the cat with lemon green making it look calm and mature because the color was looking too bright, another thing I struggled with was the background, the first colors I added was too deep, so I added two layers before I could get the perfect color for it.
