Pequeño boceto hecho con tizas

En las fotos (que tomé con mi teléfono) pueden ver un pequeño paisaje que hice sobre un retazo de papel bristol. Yo había entintado el papel previamente con tinta china. Pero luego quise probar cómo se veían los colores de la tiza pastel sobre ese tipo de papel oscurecido. Los contrastes son unteresantes. Fue un ejercicio de dibujo rápido que me ayudó a explorar un poco más las posibilidades de los materiales que tengo a la mano.

In the photos (which I took with my phone) you can see a small landscape I made on a piece of bristol paper. I had previously inked the paper with India ink. But then I wanted to test how the pastel chalk colors looked on that kind of darkened paper. The contrasts are interesting. It was a quick drawing exercise that helped me explore a bit more the possibilities of the materials I have on hand.
