Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi más reciente dibujo al que he titulado "Warlock Apprentice" (Aprendiz de Brujo).
En esta pieza quise alejarme un poco de los guerreros tradicionales para explorar un lado más místico y oscuro. Como saben, me gusta mucho trabajar solo con estilógrafo para ver hasta dónde puedo llevar los tonos oscuros usando tambien marcador negro. En este dibujo, me enfoqué en crear esa atmósfera de misterio usando trazos fuertes en las vestiduras y dejando que el blanco del papel juegue con la "energía" que emana del personaje.
Me considero un eterno aprendiz, y siento que con cada trazo mi seguridad mejora. ¡Espero que les guste este joven brujo en su camino al poder!
Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you my latest drawing, which I’ve titled "Warlock Apprentice."
In this piece, I wanted to move away from traditional warriors to explore a more mystical and darker side. As you know, I really enjoy working with a fineliner to see how far I can push the dark tones and also with black marker. In this drawing, I focused on creating that mysterious atmosphere by using bold strokes on the robes and letting the white of the paper play with the "energy" emanating from the character.
I consider myself an eternal apprentice, and I feel that with every stroke, my confidence grows. I hope you like this young warlock on his path to power!
