I've been reading several baseball and other sports comics these days, so I made this sketch of a baseball boy inspired by one of the characters.
I originally just wanted to sketch, but since I got some free time, I ended up coloring it.
I mostly used markers to color it, but I also blended in some colored pencils especially on the face and hair. Well, some white ink highlights as well.
Here was the original pencil and pen sketches before I ended up coloring...
I think coloring it was the best choice.
I'll be dropping some random sketches from now on... It would be great to collect and see some progress from all these practices.
