Happy and blessed afternoon Hive friends, how are you?
A few days ago I finished my first mural, and today I want to show you the process and result.

He is Rolando Quero, he was my friend, he died a few weeks ago and I wanted to pay him homage, although I wasn't going to see him anymore because he wouldn't be there, the people who visit his gallery will be able to see who Rolando was.
I first made a bunch of "nonsense" lines for my sketch, but I actually took a photo of the wall with the lines and overlaid the reference photo.
and I lowered the opacity of the reference photo and then I made my sketch on the corresponding lines.
The paint I used was oil-based paint.
The technique I used was to apply a first layer of paint with the base colors and then detail using thinner to dilute the paint.
The mural took me almost 2 weeks, but I can say that the result was worth it.
I know there are many photos but the work was a lot, and I hope you liked it.

This is fantastic! I never painted a mural with oil paints, just a car, which is pretty big, but now it seems to be a good option.
