Do any of you have experience in converting a pencil or pen drawing to a digital vector file?

I'm design a logo for a coffee business and these are just a few samples.

What do you think?

my favorites are Patagonia Roast and the patagonia coffee after it. Patagonia takes up more space, so it looks heavy to me being placed on top of coffee in the last example.
