Here is a cheerful mood souldoodle painted last night and finished this morning. I very rarely take photos of the phases of creating, most of the time I forget and only come to mind at the end.
Yet the end result is not the most important. After all, this is also an overworked image, according to many knowledgeable people. Maybe I should have stopped painting at half time and not taken out the pen. But there is no one beside me to slap my hand! Whoever thinks otherwise, I like this picture!
Step by step phases:
Some aniline on wet paper. I used a wide and flat brush.
New color is green. I used the tip of the flat brush.
Some more turquoise
Here's the turning point! I wanted to paint black ink contours with a thin brush but it ran out on the wet paper. In addition a drop splashed on it.
More black ink
Too much black, so I take my silver gel-pen
I can't stop drawing
Ready (???) Let's say yes!
Some details
Too much? Maybe for you but not for me!
By the way: would you recommend a striky bullshit title?

Welcome to ColorChallenge!
And it turns out to be beautiful.
Kudos
Nice use of silver pen. Title idea 'Dissolving into Summer'.
Nice one madam, it must have taken lot of time to complete that.
