Hello everyone, I'm happy to present my striking digital portrait. There's a lot of reds and lighting to make this model shine :).
Here's the finished piece
I started with a simple portrait.
Then I proceeded to fill in the base colors
More refining of the base colors and the painting to make it look neat
Then I added some highlights especially around the chin
In a new layer, I set the blend mode to soft glow and began to paint over certain areas I felt would look good with light
