Greetings dear community, welcome to my art blog, how are you all? I hope well, for today I bring you another publication, but this time something different and special, in my continuous search to innovate and share fresh and original content to the platform, I came up with the idea of making mandalas designs, although I wanted to go a little bit out of the ordinary, generally we know and see the most common designs, which are the concentric forms that often form or resemble flowers, despite being beautiful works wanted to try something new, I thought then make animal figures, following the same principles of mandalas, where you can see the symmetry and harmony in the designs. I started making the sketch of a wolf, and giving it the shape or style of a mandala, for that purpose I used the symmetry function that comes with the drawing application, then I refined the lines and applied color to the shape, at that point I began to experiment with effects and filters of the program, until I found one that I really liked, the filter "bevel" that gives a metallic effect to the figure, and that's when it occurred to me that I could make this type of metallic mandalas. What do you think of the idea? Do you like it? Later on I'll be sharing other more elaborate designs and with different colors, this was just a test. Next, I'll share with you the development of this Metallic Mandala. Without further ado, let's get started.
Saludos querida comunidad, sean bienvenidos a mi blog de arte, ¿cómo están todos? Espero que bien, para el día de hoy les traigo otra publicación, pero esta vez algo diferente y especial, en mi continua búsqueda de innovar y compartir contenido fresco y original a la plataforma, se me ocurrió la idea de realizar diseños de mándalas, aunque quería salirme un poco de lo habitual, por lo general nosotros conocemos y vemos los diseños más comunes, que son las formas concéntricas que muchas veces forman o asemejan a flores, a pesar de ser trabajos hermosos quería probar con algo nuevo, pensé entonces realizar figuras de animales, siguiendo el mismo principios de las mándalas, donde se aprecia la simetría y armonía en los diseños. Empecé realizando el boceto de un lobo, y dándole forma o estilo de una mándala, para tal fin use la función de simetría que trae la aplicación de dibujo, luego refine las líneas y aplique color a la forma, en ese punto empecé a experimentar con efectos y filtros del programa, hasta que encontré uno que realmente me gusto, el filtro de “bisel” que aporta un efecto metalizado a la figura, y es cuando se me ocurrió que podría realizar este tipo de mándalas metalizadas. ¿Qué les parece la idea? ¿Les gusto? Más adelante estaré compartiendo otros diseños más elaborados y con diversos colores, este solo fue una prueba. A continuación, les comparto el desarrollo de esta Mándala Metalizada. The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
