The fish is carrying a flower to somewhere up. There is a hook. It is meant to hunt... But the fish is holding the hook to go up. Some seaweed tells us this is the sea bed.
If you go back and read the story of this fish, it is just trying to rescue this flower. That is a bit different though. In the story, the fish was climbing through the clouds to reach a mountain on top. Here it is starting from the bottom of the sea.
The flower doesn't belong to the seabed and the hook is not meant to help the fish. In simple words, to rescue the flower the fish is turning a negative situation to something valuable. And the smile looks everlasting. Since perception is a very subjective matter, you may extract a totally different special meaning out of this.

And apart from the simple words put above, I believe this composition may hold diverse meanings to diverse people. A meaning that they may want to express daily. So I decided to make an output for a t-shirt print that I try locally. Also, I listed it as stock vector.
