We started the session with a few quick two-minute warm-ups, then moved on to ten-minute poses.
My weapon of choice was a graphite stick — 8B. I don’t know what you call it in English. I myself just went to the stationery shop and said, “Can I get… one of these?”
It looks like a pencil, but instead of wood it’s wrapped in plastic.

این طراحی‌ها رو توی کلوپ طراحی کشیدم، از روی مدل زنده، البته مدل در واقع خودمون بودیم! سه نفری به نوبت ژست یا فیگور می‌گرفتیم. ابتدای جلسه چند تا اتود دو دقیقه‌ای زدیم واسه دست‌گرمی، بعدش دیگه همه‌ش ده دقیقه‌ای.
ابزار طراحی‌م هم گرافیت "ب هشت" بود، نمی‌دونم شما چی بهش میگین، من خودم هم رفتم لوازم‌تحریر گفتم یه دونه از "اینا" بده! حالا عکس‌ش رو گذاشتم. مثل مداده ولی به جای چوب دورش پلاستیکه.

We had the live drawing club, with Asma and Zahra attending. Since I’d watched Yaser Khanbarai’s tutorials on YouTube the night before, my sketches were way better this time.
Luckily, Asma played music this session—Vigen, Ebi, Faramarz Aslani, Nader Golchin… absolute perfection. Though I was shocked when I found out she’s a teacher. She’s aged so well, honestly!
کلوپ طراحی با حضور اسما و زهرا برگزار شد. من چون روز قبل نشسته بودم یوتیوب یاسر خانبرای رو تماشا کرده بودم خیلی طراحیهام بهتر شده بود.
همچنین خوشبختانه این جلسه اسما آهنگ گذاشت، ویگن و ابی و فرامرز اصلانی و نادر گلچین و... محشر بود خلاصه. البته خیلی تعجب کردم وقتی فهمیدم معلمه! انصافاً خیلی خوب مونده بود!
