Weird Experimental digital drawings from original Abstract Acrylic Paintings

in Sketchbook4 years ago (edited)

As a Traditional Artist working in Pencil, Ink, Watercolour, Acrylic and oil I am having a lot of fun exploring and experimenting with the many new Digital Tools that allow for some very interesting Manipulations and edits of my earlier paintings.

I am usually anthropomorphizing my abstract art.... giving random swirls of paint faces and bodies.

Like this work below. Some day I will get accepted on Super Rare or Makersplace .... in the mean time I will show them to the Hive Sketchbook Community.

Symmetry: The First step to my Anthropomorphic Experiment is to make a Mirror image from the Original Painting. Humans and animals, most living creatures are symmetrical.... I could have stopped here. But the best part of Digital work is that I also have this Version.... As long as I remember to save a copy.

Hive has taught me to make a record of my process so I have thousands of works like this.
So thanks for that Hive.blog
