Today I'll be sharing my new artwork of a malnourished child, it brought grief to my heart while I was drawing this, because of how rapant this has become in our society. This scenario indicates a frail child folds into himself, limbs and head tucked away as though trying to disappear. His shrunken frame speaks of hunger, his posture of surrender, yet the scene radiates a haunting quiet that echoes louder than any cry.
Medium used: 12B sketch pencil on a sketch pad.
