Spread The Glow :: Daily Drawing Challenge :: Day - 25 :: Butterfly

Hello friends,

Hope you all are doing well.

Today's topic for daily drawing challenge is Butterfly. In this art I have shown glowing butterflies in the night. Butterflies are known for their mesmerising colours that they spread. However I have made this with a twist of them showering glow in the dark night sky.

I call this painting as Spread the Glow.

Drawn the rough outline of butterflies

Filled the colours in butterflies.

Filled the colours in the sky.

Then filled the colours in the grass.

Applied masking tape, keeping the butterflies between the tape so as to make jar using the white oil pastel.

Now used the white and yellow acrylic colour to give the glowing effect near the butterflies.

Heres the final look of art.

Material Used

• Ivory Sheet.
• Oil Pastels.
• Acrylic Colours.
• Masking Tape.
• Tissue Paper.
• Round brush.
