I never read many Green Lantern comics, but there are about a million different members of the Green Lantern corp. This is one of them. I think she's an alien, but one of those aliens that look exactly like humans.

Also, for some reason she wears a mini skirt and that painted on top instead of a traditional Green Lantern uniform.
