Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! The weekend is just around the corner and now a pale Sun is shining on the sky over my area, so I spent part of the morning cleaning my backyard from the many many fallen leaves while my furry friends were happy to play again in my backyard after some rainy days. 😊
During the previous days I worked on my paintings in a very slow way because I had a little cold, but now I'm feeling better and so I came back to my brushes and colors as usual. Now I'm here to show you a scene I created using some tiny shapes I painted on paper yesterday.
I thought to paint the elements in gray and yellow to understand how these colors could work together and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:
As you can see, I painted 2 tiny houses, 2 dark clouds and some plants and tree. At the end I was satisfied by the result and it was a good exercise for my hands and for my imagination. ❤️
Every part is a mixed media (acrylic colors and white ink) painting on some scraps of paper I cut from a cardboard box (a box of cat food) and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting the elements so you can see the process too:
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
