A new page of my sketchbook: the sweet duck (oil on paper)

An happy Sunday to you all! It was a sunny, very warm day and I just came back at home after a couple of hours spent with my mom in the small village where I was born and where she still lives. A good cup of coffee, some good cookies, chatting abut this and that and, after, a long walk between trees and plants around the village.
It was a nice Sunday and I hope you spent a day in a nice way too.
Now I'm here to share with you the fast artwork I painted this morning on my small sketchbook:

As you can see, the subject is a sweet duck.I was inspired by the female Aix Sponsa duck who lives on the small river close to my home sinze some days.
In the following pic you can see her (I took this pic just a couple of days ago, while she was between other kind of ducks):

I used acrylic colors an white ink to paint it on 110 gsm paper page of my sketchbook and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was working on it so you can see some steps of the process too:
