Have a nice day! Today, friends, for the first time I am writing winter Petersburg - my favorite city in Russia, which can never be erased from memory...
And I remember this place from my childhood. Mom showed us the Astoria Hotel, where Hitler still wanted to celebrate the victory over the great empire, but circumstances and the Russian winter partially prevented him from fulfilling his dream.
For me, this hotel will always remain in my memory. That was the first time I visited a chic restaurant and we were served very tasty dishes. And now I decided to paint this square and my favorite place on canvas with acrylic paints.
That's how it all started... I painted a sky with snow and small cumulus clouds. Then she began to draw the outlines of buildings around the square and the monument.
Then she began to draw small details on buildings and build a monument of the monument itself. Since it's already evening, lanterns will be lit everywhere. In St. Petersburg, every lantern is like a work of art. They are all so different and very beautiful.
I think that to some extent I even succeeded. Honestly, I'm happy with my painting. But I am also interested in your opinion! I especially liked this landscape with snow animation, and you?
Of course, as always, I took several other photos of my paintings with Peter.

Пастелью давно не рисовала, это правда. Мне на день рождения подарили акриловые краски почти полу засохшие, вот стараюсь рисовать ими, чтобы совсем не высохли, потому пастель пока ждёт своей очереди. Эту рисовала по фотографиям, а ещё смотрела один мастер класс, правда кое-что я там и убрала, а кое-что и сама добавила... Ещё опыта маловато рисовать массивные сооружения и мелкие детали. В последнее время мне стало нравится рисовать такие величественные соборы или здания...

Странный немного подарок на день рождения 😲 но хорошо, что у тебя есть чем рисовать - это главное.
