Sunflower

in Sketchbook2 years ago

Hello guys....

Today I'm going to paint again, it's been a while since I last used my acrylic paints. Lately I rarely use my acrylic paints, even though I just bought a few new colors of acrylic paints, I use watercolors and alcohol markers more often. So this time I will reuse my acrylic paints, by painting sunflower.

I will paint on a canvas measuring 10 x 10 cm, with several colors of acrylic paint, namely yellow, black, brown and blue.

First I will sketch the sunflower using a pencil, make a rough sketch first because I'm not very good at using acrylic paint directly. Draw a flower by making a half circle first, then draw some flower petals that surround the half circle.

Then I'll start painting it, starting with making the flower petals using yellow acrylic paint. Then I'll use black acrylic paint to make a line around the petals.

Because the petals are a little messy, so I will fix some parts so that the petals stay neat.

Then in the center of the flower, I will make a dark brown color. This then on the outside of the flower, I will paint using blue acrylic paint, this is to make it look like the sky.

And finally my painting is finished, this is a simple painting that is easy to make. The results are also good and of course I will display it in my room.

Alright, that's it for this time. I will show again what I did in the next post.

Thank you for reading my post and don't forget to read my other posts.
