I worked the whole morning, but was totally free in the afternoon and evening. Well, it's a Sunday, so it's a great chance to relax a little bit. In addition, my cousin is also staying with us for a week, as she will be taking review classes and taking a license exam in the next city. So, staying here would be more convenient for her.
I took the same exam in 2016, so I'll be able to help her review and/or rationalize her previous mock exams as well. We did just that in the afternoon.
And in the evening, she was making some stuff for work, since she has also started working earlier this year, while Mama and I were rewatching some anime.
While doing so, I was also scribbling some sketches on my phone, so I'd like to show them to you here. :)
Since the anime we're rewatching is Prince of Tennis, I decided to do a quick sketch of Ryoma Echizen, the anime's main character. He's such a cute brat!
I only made quick sketches for digital drawing practice, but I'll try to make a colored version next time.
Aside from Echizen, I also made a quick sketch of a dragonfly. I've recently caught up with the latest finished season of a Webtoon called "Jungle Juice," where the characters are humans whose bodies have partially turned into insects. They also developed some abilities innate to the insect they transformed into.
I'll be making a review on it in the coming days, so please check it out as well.
Reading that Webtoon made me want to draw various types of insects. I think they'll be an interesting subject to practice drawing. :)
I'll continue working on painting my Mama's cabinet in the coming days, but I'll try to insert digital art practice whenever I can.
