for my own fan art ,
i went with the shield bearer card
, and yes...i still suck playing the game, im still a learner at the splinterland game, and cant stills seem to play my cards right, awell I'm still in the learning process,
Here's the process:
For this one i wanted to create the character depicting his going to fight a battle or something , that's why i added a lot of rumbles around . although i think i didn't really destroy the environment that much,
so for the first step i drew the motion of someone walking towards the camera,
i added the shield at the beginning of the sketch just to get the sense of the dimension of the shield to the knights body
for the rocks around i used teh photobashing method, cause i dint really have that much time to put in each and every rocks , thats called working smart and fast.
after painting the character i went to work on the background, although the background will be blurred i still decided to add some details to it, for believability.

Excellent work on the armour bro. Those highlights look very natural. I can't create such strokes because there is no pressure sensitivity on my phone xd.
What kind of tools and software did you use for creating this?
thank so much man, i use clip studio app, with a veikk tablet thats all, if you are using your phone, ill recommend the ibis app, the app as pen pressure for even when you're using you hands, thanks =for the comment
I see. I'm actually using ibis hehe. It's the best app for phone. My phone doesn't have any pressure sensitivity so that's a bummer.
yeaaaaah no wonder, i also love ibis also, don't worry i think you are good to go, with the sort of illustrations you do i thought you were actually using a tab.
I didn't buy tabs on purpose since they are gonna be obsolete in a few years and will get laggy since it's Android. As for ipads I can't afford them xd.
My phone is super laggy so I have to get a phone soon even if I wanted a tab haha.
