Hoy me anime a hacer un post de un dibujo que hice para un amigo que también es dibujante :), me pareció buena idea hacerle un dibujo ya que el tiene un personaje en Roblox muy sencillo pero tiene algo que hace que quiera dibujarlo.
También quise tomar de referencia a él en la vida real ya que quería combinar a su personaje y a él en un mismo dibujo. C:
Ya con la idea en mente decidí pasarla a papel y empezar a cambiar algunas cosas que no me parecían o que quisiera modificar, el resultado del boceto me gusto pero aun así sentía que le faltaba esencia jajaja.

Today I felt like making a post about a drawing I did for a friend who is also an artist :), I thought it would be a good idea to make him a drawing since he has a very simple character in Roblox but he has something that makes me want to draw him.
I also wanted to take him as reference in real life because I wanted to combine his character and him in the same drawing. C:
With the idea in mind, I decided to transfer it to paper and start changing some things that didn't seem right to me or that I wanted to modify, I liked the result of the sketch but I still felt like it was missing something essential hahaha.
Pero eso cambio cuando pase el dibujo a digital, en principio sentía que el dibujo estaba demasiado soso y aunque obviamente apenas estaba comenzando el lineart tenia expectativas altas y no quería que quedara mal.

But that changed when I passed the drawing to digital, at first I felt that the drawing was too bland and although obviously I was just starting the lineart I had high expectations and I didn't want it to look bad.
En este dibujo quise mejorar las sombras y también probar un nuevo estilo un poco alejado a lo que hago habitualmente.
Uno de los problemas que vi mientras hacia el dibujo fue el cabello de mi amigo ya que es un cabello ondulado y sentía que iba a ser difícil de dibujar, y cuando ya estaba por rendirme logre conseguir un resultado con el que quede un poco conforme, aun así siento que sí o sí tengo que practicar mucho mas jajaja.

In this drawing I wanted to improve the shadows and also try a new style a little bit away from what I usually do.
One of the problems I saw while doing the drawing was my friend's hair because it is wavy hair and I felt it was going to be difficult to draw, and when I was about to give up I managed to get a result with which I was a little bit satisfied, even so I feel that I definitely have to practice a lot more hahaha.
Algo que recomiendo mucho a la hora de dibujar en digital es hacer carpetas para separar cada cosa, para luego no tener muchas capas unidas, solo hay que nombrar la carpeta y poner en la carpeta todas las capas que desees que no estorben.

Something I highly recommend when drawing digitally is to make folders to separate each thing, so you don't have many layers together, you just have to name the folder and put all the layers you want in the folder so they don't get in the way.
Para el color base solo tome una paleta de colores planos y empecé a colocarlos.

Siento que no quedo nada mal y me terminó gustando mucho como quedo el cabello, siento que tiene estilo y lo mejor de todo es que a mi amigo le gusto C: como el dibujo era para él era importante saber su opinión pero ahora les pregunto a ustedes ¿Qué les parece el dibujo?

La idea principal era hacer un intercambio de dibujos, es decir yo le hacia un dibujo y él a mi, este fue el dibujo que me hiso, en mi opinión esta muy lindo, él quedo conforme con su dibujo y yo con el mío.
