Hello everyone!!😀
Nowadays many type of advanced techniques are used in movies, so that the audience can have a great experience.

As Avatar 2 movie has been released today and it was a fantastic movie. Today I will tell you about a very special technology used in this movie, the name of this technology is Underwater Motion Capture Technology. You must have heard about motion capture technology which has been used in many movies but Avatar 2 is the first movie in which underwater motion capture technology has been used.

Earlier in the movies when there were underwater scenes, the actors were suspended in the air with the help of wire and later with the help of Computer generated imagery, water was added to them. But in Underwater Motion Capture Technology actors were actually put in a tank filled with water and scenes were shooted in real time.
While shooting Avtaar-2 the tank was 32 feet deep and held around 90,000 gallons of water.
There was a huge difference between the output of traditional technology & Underwater Motion Capture Technology .The main reason of long gap between the Avtaar and Avtaar 2 was because of director James Cameron's insistence on waiting until the technology he needed to create his vision was ready to use.

I would like to suggest you must watch this movie once to experience this advance technology and you can definitely feel the difference.

Thanks for reading!!!!

lol, he'll learn, just like we all did hahahaha!
Thank you for commenting on it gently.I suggested that he write on the bottom of this post that it was a rookie mistake and suggested putting the link to his first post and ask them to go there and not upvote this post since he doesn't have a lot of bot upvotes right now @crosheille. I also recommended not deleting as it would make it worse. He's better off to do what I suggested.

Good suggestion. 😉

Oh of course. No need to be harsh. We’ve all went through the rookie stage and there is still always much to learn. I’m always willing to help guide people and get help get them off to a good start.

Thanks for the comment, take care ~

But honestly I do think actors go to real big bodies of water like the oceans. I think it's more safer and better that way due to wild acquatic animals in big water bodies.

All the scenes were shooted on a large tank. Its safe Method to shoot.

It's such a great movie with nice storyline and of course top notch production. The fact that this big movie was shot in a big tank is mind blowing

Exactly !! M also stunned with the creativity and innovation.
