I'm actually in the US at the moment, where restrictions are still in full force... but all our friends and family in Australia are feeling pretty happy. Everyone feared the worst being in Asia, but it looks like they acted quickly and were able to keep the virus count really low.
I'm not sure how to do it on hive.blog, but on PeakD I just clicked on the 3 little dots of my post, and chose the 'Cross post in ...' option.
It essentially created an additional post which I wasn't expecting, but it all seemed to work out well.
