Sisig is a Filipino dish popularly known from my mom's hometown, Pampanga. It is mainly made of the pig's face or what we call here as maskara. It also has chicken liver. It is sauted with lots of onions and chilis and finally topped with an egg and a mayo. This is often served on a sizzling hot plate. The dish is so tasty. A bit sour but it is well seasoned in the ingredients, you'll really taste all the fusion of chili and the essence of the other ingredients like the onions.

I was craving sisig last night, so I had to order this for lunch. King Sisig is the place where we get the taste of the sisig that we used to love when we visit my mom's hometown in Pampanga.
