The Filipino Symbol of Long Life, Pansit (Stir-Fried Noodles)

Pansit or stir-fried noodles is a staple in any Filipino feast or even just casual gatherings. We don't have an occasion right now but today we want this to be a thanksgiving moment because my brother just got a promotion.

We ordered this big tray of pansit that's overloaded with toppings. Thry have vegetables and some squid balls and kikiam, those are famous streetfood made of seafoods.

If you are here you can smell the good aroma of this dish. I can smell really nice sesame oil and all the seasoning blend. I love it aready, just smelling it makes you go hungry and want to dive in.

This is best paired with bread. I turn this into a sandwich. Oh, so yummy! It will really make you feel full because it is a heavy dish. Let's eat!
