The magic flower

These flowers are very cute, they grow almost in all parts of the world and everyone knows them. Walking through my garden I saw this funny flower. It’s a dandelion.

These flowers grow on all continents except glaciers and deserts. Most of all thickets of dandelion are found along roads, on meadows and near houses. A plant can clog gardens, fields and parklands. So, most people don’t like this flower.

But, do you know that dandelions have many useful and medicinal properties? Since ancient times, people used dandelions to treat many diseases. Also, dandelion uses in cosmetology and in some countries this plant is a dietary supplement and used in cooking.

Children like to tear dandelions and blow on them. The fluff flies from a flower and rises into the sky. There is an opinion that blowing on a dandelion you need to make a wish and it will certainly come true. So, every time when you’ll see this flower on your way, don’t knock it down but tear it and make a wish.
