I think they are useful metrics, not sure if i have got the scoring/weight right yet but no-one is complaining so that's a start!

Well I think it’s time for the old one with the small talk comments as a reply. You can talk to 1000 people just using 1000 words max but that’s another one of your old ones. I think it’s super we see new names in the top 10.
