I think this is a very smart idea in order to stress less and optimize the time you have in a day to get more things done.

I don’t have a physical list of the order I do things but mentally I kind of set my day up in the same way you mentioned. I prioritize in my head and think about the things I need to do first and so forth. Most days I get about 70% of the things I had planned accomplished.

Sometimes if I have really important things to do like a phone call or making appointments I do quickly jot those down in my notes or put them in my calendar with an alarm set to remind me.

I also set the alarm on my phone for the most important things, because that way I reinforce the notes and don't forget anything. Thanks for the support.

Same here. I tend to forget easily so those alarms really help.
