Hello everyone,
The reason that I stoped drawing and blogging was very simple and silly.
I have been spending the time on the ferry ride to work on drawing but one day, I forgot my Apple pencils at home.
That was it.
I think I heard my motivation snapped in half.
I’ve been reading manga since, on the ferry and at home. I have lost count after reading 100 manga books a month ago. You can read many manga for free online nowadays but I spent some money to read as well. No a good thing I know…
And of course, if I don’t draw, I have nothing much to tell on my blog.
The reason that I’m back is very silly as well. I hate myself doing this kind of thing over and over.
The wifi service on the ferry has discontinued about a week ago. No wifi means no manga reading. I get restless just sitting on the ferry so I grabbed my pen the other day.
I’m not fully back into drawing yet but I hope to be there again.
This is what I was working on before I forgot to take my Apple Pencil that day.
お久しぶりです。。。絵もブログも書かなくなった理由は本当にくだらないものでした。
3時間ほどかかる通勤、フェリーに乗っている間はタブレットを開いてお絵描きをしていたのですが、ある日アップルペンを家に忘れました。
それだけです。
やる気がプツンと音を立てて切れたように思えました。
それからは家でも通勤中でも漫画を読む毎日が続いていました。少女漫画恐るべし！笑
最近はとても便利で、漫画アプリでほぼ無料で読めますが、一気に読みたいものにはお金もつぎ込んで何百冊と読みました。
絵を描かないとブログのネタも切れてしまう私、こちらからも距離を置いてしまいました。反省です。
そして、お絵描きやブログに戻ってこれた理由もくだらないのです。私ってもう、、、なんなの〜
数日前にフェリー上のWiFiサービスが打ち切られました。
はい、WiFiないと漫画読めません。絵は描けます。何かやっていないとソワソワします、笑
まだ本調子ではないのですが、最近、私よりお絵描きを頑張っている次女ちゃんが描け描けというのでまた頑張ろうと思います。
またよろしくお願いします^^あの日、アップルペンを忘れる前に描いていたものです。

本棚の上のペッパー
We survived the hottest heat wave we ever had. Some area went up close to 50 Celsius.
記録的な熱波を乗り切りました。気温が５０度近くになった地域もありました。
It was very hot. Pepper was allowed on wherever she could find cool.
暑いのでテーブルでもどこでも涼しいところにどうぞ。
Pepper curled up as soon as it started to cool down.
ちょっと気温が下がると丸くなるペッパーです。

帰宅途中シャチがゆるりと通過していたためフェリーが止まりました。

おかえりなさい。通勤に3時間もかかるのですか！私の絵は通勤中には描けません。乗り物を絵具で汚すわけにはいきません。かといって毎日簡単なドローイングやデジタルで描いてるともやもやしそうです。せいぜい1時間でしょうか、私がなんとか耐えられるのは。
ただいまです。立ち寄っていただきめちゃめちゃ嬉しいです。ありがとうございます！！！
通勤片道3時間、なんとか有効に使って過ごしたいのですが難しいです。
漫画ばかりに頼ってはいけないことは分かったので自粛したいと思います😆

same here in Russia. we have +28-32 constantly, which is unnormal, a lot of grass and leaves already turned crusty and yellow. and I cant say 'everyone surveved' - sime old folks finished their living this season :/ we are allowed not to visit the office, and work from home PCs...

The temperature dropped back to normal here but we haven't have rain for such a long time. It's causing serious wildfire. The sky is hazy from the smoke in the city.
I hope things get better soon.
I cannot but underline this is a case for a little pepper-less photo-post :) the sky might look splendid, tho it isnt healthy and exhaustive, not like a !PIZZA (which never gets you bored of it).

お久しぶりです。通勤中にこんなに綺麗な景色が見えるのですね〜。３時間は結構な距離ですね。やっぱりカナダは広いですね。シャチ見てみたいです！一回書くのをやめるとあっという間に何日か空いてしまいますよね。こういう感じの絵も可愛らしくていいですね！！

3時間移動するとかなり景色が変わりますね。この辺りはクマやシカも敷地内をうろうろします。ちょっとこわいです。
お絵描きもブログもぼちぼちがいいと分かっていても頑張りすぎるんですよね。ちょうど良く頑張りたいです。
